Problem: Receive error message "Your browser is not compatible."
Reason: System Requirements have been updated.
Solution: Check to see if there are any operating system or browser updates:

Web Browser: How to Update Your Web Browser
- Open your browser menu.
- Find your browser's About page (under Help) and select it.
- Click the update button.
- Close your browser and relaunch it.
