Please note: For classes that are managed by your school or district, please reach out to your district help desk or IT to get assistance with class end dates.
When class end dates are near, teachers and students will see a warning message that the class is set to expire.
Students will see the message, "This class will end soon. You will no longer have access to course materials when the class ends." on their class card.
Teachers will see the message, "Class ends soon. Course material will be unavailable to students after the end date. You can extend the end date to continue availability." on their class card.
The date is determined based on the End Date selected when the class was created.
1. To make adjustments to the End Date, click the Classroom Actions button on the class card.
2. Click Edit Class Info from the menu.
3. Select a new class End Date.
4. Click the Save button.
Note: For courses that depend on the use of a class calendar, such as Wonders and Everyday Mathematics 4, we recommend creating a new class every school year so that your calendar/planner reflects the current year.
