Curriculum Administrator - Print Assessments

Print assessments as a curriculum administrator for offline review or administration.

If you do not see the Assessments option in the Admin Tools, this means you do not have the Curriculum Administrator role assigned to your profile. To add the correct role to your account you will need to have access as an Organization Administrator. Organization Administrators can refer to the Add Roles to an Existing User article for steps on adding the correct roles to user accounts.

1. SSO or sign in at .

If you have dual roles as a teacher and an administrator, you will need to navigate to your Administrator profile to access the Admin Tools. Refer to the How to Access Roles, Organizations, and Profile Settings article for steps on switching between your Teacher and Administrator profiles.

2. Click on ´¡²õ²õ±ð²õ²õ³¾±ð²Ô³Ù²õÌýon the navigation menu.

3. Select the program from the CourseÌý»å°ù´Ç±è-»å´Ç·É²Ô.

4. On the School District Bank or Predefined Banks tab, click on the °Õ¾±³Ù±ô±ðÌýof the assessment bank.

5. Click on the Options menu icon in the Actions column to the right of the assessment.

6. Click Print from the menu.

7. On the Print Assessment pop-up, select the preferred printing options. 

8. Click the Generate PDF button to print/save the assessment. 

9. Click the ¶Ù´Ç·É²Ô±ô´Ç²¹»å²õÌýbutton.

10. Click the ¶Ù´Ç·É²Ô±ô´Ç²¹»åÌýbutton in the ´¡³¦³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õÌýcolumn to save the file to your device.
