Curriculum Administrator - Add Custom Assessments to District Bank

Add custom-created assessments to a district bank for broader use.

You will need to assigned the Curriculum Administrator role to have access to the assessment banks. If you do not yet have an existing account, or if you have an account but not the proper role, reach out to an Organization Administrator in your district. District Organization Administrators can create new accountsÌý²¹²Ô»åÌýadd roles to existing accounts at the district and school levels. School Organization Administrators can only create accounts and add roles for teachers and administrators for the school(s) they are associated with.

To add assessments to a District Bank, you will first need to create a new District Bank as you will not be able to add assessments to a ÌÇÐÄVlog created bank. For steps on creating District Banks, refer to the Curriculum Administrator - Create/Delete District BanksÌý²¹°ù³Ù¾±³¦±ô±ð.

Add Custom Assessments

1. SSO or sign into your Administrator account at .

For users that have a Teacher and Administrator role, you will land on your Teacher profile.

To access the Admin Tools, click on the ±Ê°ù´Ç´Ú¾±±ô±ðÌýbutton and select ´¡»å³¾¾±²Ô¾±²õ³Ù°ù²¹³Ù´Ç°ùÌýfrom the menu.

2. Click on ´¡²õ²õ±ð²õ²õ³¾±ð²Ô³Ù²õÌýfrom the navigation menu.

3. Select the program from the Course drop-down.

4. Click on the °Õ¾±³Ù±ô±ðÌýof the custom District Bank.

5. Click the Add AssessmentsÌý²ú³Ü³Ù³Ù´Ç²Ô.

6. Click Create New from the menu.

7. On the Create New Assessment pop-up, enter an Assessment Name.

8. Click the Create Assessment button.

Remove Assessments

1. Click on ´¡²õ²õ±ð²õ²õ³¾±ð²Ô³Ù²õÌýfrom the navigation menu.

2. Select the program from the Course drop-down.

3. Click on the °Õ¾±³Ù±ô±ðÌýof the Bank you want to access.

4. Click on the °¿±è³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õÌýmenu icon in the ´¡³¦³Ù¾±´Ç²ÔÌýcolumn.

5. Click ¸é±ð³¾´Ç±¹±ðÌýfrom the menu.

6. On the Remove Assessment pop-up, click the ¸é±ð³¾´Ç±¹±ðÌýbutton to confirm.
