Create Assignment Folders

1. Click on the Section name.

2. Click on Manage Assignments from the left-hand menu.

3. Click the Organize button.

4. Click the Create Folder button.

5. On the pop-up, enter a Folder Name.

6. Enter a Folder Description. This is optional.

7. Click the Submit button.

 

Move Assignments to Folders

1. Click on the Section name.

2. Click on Manage Assignments from the left-hand menu.

3. Click the Organize button.

4. Select the assignments you want to move.

5. Click the Move to Folder button.

A. Clicking the Move and Move to Top buttons only allows you to move the assignments within their current folder.

6. Select the radio button for the folder you want to move the assignments to.

7. Click the Move Assignments button.

 

Edit Folder

1. Click on the Section name.

2. Click on Manage Assignments from the left-hand menu.

3. Click the Options menu icon for the folder.

4. Click Edit folder from the menu.

5. On the pop-up, make your preferred changes to the Folder Name and Folder Description.

6. Click the Submit button.

 

Edit Folders in Bulk

1. Click on the Section name.

2. Click on Manage Assignments from the left-hand menu.

3. Click the Organize button.

4. Click the Manage Folders drop-down.

5. Click Edit folder from the menu.

6. Select the radio button for the folder.

7. Edit the folder details.

8. Click the Finish button.

 

Delete Folder

Assignments that are within a folder you want to remove will not be deleted. They will be moved out of the folder and remain in the Ungrouped Assignments folder.

1. Click on the Section name.

2. Click on Manage Assignments from the left-hand menu.

3. Click the Options menu icon for the folder.

4. Click Delete folder from the menu.

5. On the pop-up, click the Confirm button.

 

Alternative Delete Folders Option

Assignments that are within a folder you want to remove will not be deleted. They will be moved out of the folder and remain in the Ungrouped Assignments folder.

1. Click on the Section name.

2. Click on Manage Assignments from the left-hand menu.

3. Click the Organize button.

4. Click the Manage Folders drop-down.

5. Click Delete folder from the menu.

6. Select the radio button for the folder.

7. Click the Delete Folder button.
