ALEKS - Admin Standards Report

Learn what PRoPL is, how this interim assessment measures student growth, and how educators use PRoPL data to support instruction across the school year.

The class-level Standards Report shows the average student completion of standards-aligned ALEKS Adventure topics in the class. It can be used to monitor students' progress in state standards based on their completion of standards-aligned ALEKS topics in Knowledge Checks and Learning Mode.

Access Standards Report

1.Ìý SSO or sign in to your Admin account atÌý

2.Ìý LaunchÌýALEKSÌýfrom your left-side navigation menu in your admin tools.Ìý



3. Select yourÌýInstitution,ÌýInstructor, andÌýClass.Ìý



4. Hover overÌýReportsÌýand clickÌýStandardsÌýReportsÌýfrom the menu.

Class Standard Report



A.ÌýUse the toggle to change the report view betweenÌýInitial ProgressÌýandÌýCurrent Progress.

B.ÌýClick theÌýFiltersÌýicon to select to view the report for a specificÌýÌýand/or time spent in the class.



C.ÌýClick theÌýDownloadÌýicon to download the report into a CSV file.



The color indicators gauge the students' completion of the ALEKS topics that align with each standard and pinpoint strengths and gaps.



D.ÌýChoose aÌýStrandÌýfrom the drop-down to filter down to that specific strand in the report. The table updates to display each student's current progress in the strand and the standards within the strand.Ìý

Choose aÌýStandardÌýby using the drop-down menu or clicking the name of the standard in the table.ÌýNote: The Standard drop-down does not show until a strand is chosen.

E.ÌýSelect to view the list of students byÌýName,ÌýLogin,ÌýID, orÌýEmail.

F.ÌýClick on theÌýStandardÌýorÌýTopicsÌýlink to narrow down the report to that specific standard and the topics that are linked to that standard.




Click on a link in one of the columns to view the standard description and the Current Standard Progress percentage for the standard for each student.





If there are no associated topics, you will see aÌýNo Topics AvailableÌýnote in the column.



G.ÌýCheck the box next toÌýAll StudentsÌýto be able to send aÌýMessageÌýto all the students in the class.



H.ÌýClick on a student's name or check the box next to the student's name to send them aÌýMessageÌýor view theÌýStudent Standards Report.

Student Standards Report

TheÌýStudent Standards ReportÌýcan be accessed through the class Standards report by clicking on a student's name and then clicking on theÌýView Student Standards ReportÌýlink in the right-side panel pop-up.



It can also be accessed by selecting a student's name from theÌýStudentÌýdrop-down at the top ofÌýALEKSÌýafter selecting a class. You will then hover over theÌýReportsÌýoption and selectÌýStandardsÌýfrom the menu.





A.ÌýClick on a tile to filter the report view to that specific topic.

B.ÌýClick theÌýDownloadÌýbutton to download the report into a PDF.

C. Use the toggle to open and close the topic blades at once.

D. Click a topic blade to expand the section. Each section will include the standards associated with and the problems for the topic that corresponds with the standard.

E. To the right of each question you will see an empty or filled-in circle, indicating if the student has completed that question or not.



If there are no questions available, there will be aÌýSee your instructorÌýnote.

F. Click on a question to view the question details.
