Add a Note

Adding a note may not be an available option for all assignment types.

1. SSO or log in at .

2. Click the ´¡²õ²õ¾±²µ²Ô³¾±ð²Ô³Ù²õÌýbutton on the course tile,

or launch the class and click on ´¡²õ²õ¾±²µ²Ô³¾±ð²Ô³Ù²õÌýfrom the navigation menu.

3. Click on the °¿±è³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õÌýbutton in the ActionÌý³¦´Ç±ô³Ü³¾²Ô.

4. Click View Scores from the menu.

You can also click on the Assignment Name.

5. Click the Options button in the Action column to the right of the student name.

6. Click Add Note from the menu.

7. On the Add Note pop-up, enter the note for the student submission.

8. Click Save.

Students will see a note icon on their assignment list and will be able to see the note by launching the assignment.

Excuse Assignment

Excused assignments do not affect the student's grade.

1. SSO or log in at .

2. Click the ´¡²õ²õ¾±²µ²Ô³¾±ð²Ô³Ù²õÌýbutton on the course tile,

or launch the class and click on ´¡²õ²õ¾±²µ²Ô³¾±ð²Ô³Ù²õÌýfrom the navigation menu.

3. Click on the °¿±è³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õÌýbutton in the ActionÌý³¦´Ç±ô³Ü³¾²Ô.

4. Click View Scores from the menu.

You can also click on the Assignment Name.

5. Click the Options button in the Action column to the right of the student name.

6. Click Excuse Assignment from the menu.

If an assignment has been excused for a student, you will see an E (Excused) icon in the Score Notes and a dash in the Score columns of the assignment.
